Concierge PT vs Traditional PT
Key Benefits of In-home Physical Therapy
Flexibility of scheduling
No exposure to germs with other patients/therapists in high-traffic areas
No commute!
We watch your function at home: stairs, running/walking, kitchen and bathroom navigation
We bring everything to you making this transformative work accessible & excuse-proof
You won’t get stuck leaving messages with staff, text us directly (we love pictures of you doing what you love, pain free!)
You’ll get our complete focus: we won’t be running between 2-3 patients during your session
Who we are
Physical therapists (PTs) are movement experts who optimize quality of life through prescribed exercise, hands-on care, and patient education. We will provide you with unmatched service in terms of assessment and treatment. You will be evaluated for an hour by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We will develop a plan of care for you and suggest the number of sessions that are required to get you back to doing the things you love.
Whether it be tennis, chess, or windsurfing, we will get you there.
We deliver one-on-one care and we come to you; this will give you both ease of scheduling and results that will change your condition quickly.
“I highly recommend Age Well NC!
I had some alignment issues that worsened as I started running longer distances. I had daily pain that became severe. After a few sessions with Age Well NC I couldn't believe the improvement, and I've been pain-free for months now.
I'd never used this kind of therapy before, but I'm so glad I found Sophia and Age Well. The appointments are zero stress, easy to schedule and reschedule. I recommend them to all my friends now!” - GM. H
